Head of inside sales

La figura sarà Responsabile del team delle 6 risorse in forza in azienda e giocherà un ruolo fondamentale nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di crescita dell’azienda nel settore B2B in Italia.

Rispondendo al Direttore vendite seguirà lo sviluppo e l’esecuzione della strategia di Inside sales per il mercato italiano, con un focus anche sull’acquisizione dei clienti, la crescita dei ricavi e il supporto ai canali.

La posizione richiede una solida esperienza nelle vendite B2B nel settore delle Reti, nonché una buona conoscenza dei canali VAR e distributivi; guiderà, formerà e scalerà un team di vendite interne ad alte prestazioni, garantendo una stretta collaborazione con il marketing e le vendite sul campo per stimolare la conversione dei lead.

Competenze richieste
  • Laurea in Economia, Marketing o campi correlati
  • Oltre 6 anni di esperienza maturata nell’Inside Sales o vendite
  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di leadership
  • Comprovata esperienza in ambito vendite in aziende strutturate o B2B nel settore Networking o affini
  • Solida conoscenza nel processo di vendita, previsione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti con approccio basato sui dati per il monitoraggio delle performance
  • Esperienza nella costruzione, gestione e sviluppo di un team di vendita ad alte prestazioni in organizzazioni in forte crescita
  • Adeguata competenza nell’uso di un CRM per analisi e gestione dati e cicli di vendita
  • Capacità di guidare e ispirare professionisti delle vendite per raggiungere l’eccellenza
  • Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana

  • Costruire e guidare un team attraverso coaching, feedback, e iniziative di empowerment
  • Raggiungimento degli obiettivi: saper sviluppare strategie e fare previsioni in modo preciso
  • Promuovere iniziative di sviluppo new business
  • Monitorare le prestazioni attraverso analisi e corretto uso del CRM
  • Guidare il miglioramento continuo dei processi, sistemi e strumenti di vendita per migliorare l’efficienza operativa
  • Conoscere il mercato di riferimento e scegliere le strategie adeguate di sviluppo
