Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics. /p pWe are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Trade Marketing Merchandising Team, reporting to the Global Trade Marketing Manager. /p pThe Trade Marketing Specialist is part of the Global Trade Marketing Team within the Trade Marketing Merchandising Department. The role works with Marketing, Operations, Brand Amplification Team, Global Retail Team and local country organizations. The Trade Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development of store materials related to promotions, window plans, launches and other initiatives for all KIKO markets, based on market needs, competitive benchmarking and retail needs. /p h3In particular, you will: /h3 ul liDevelop and coordinate in-store materials for promotions, product launches, window plans, and other retail initiatives across all KIKO markets. /li liCollect and consolidate market requirements, retail needs, and feedback from local teams to define relevant trade marketing materials and solutions. /li liManage the end-to-end development process of in-store materials, from brief preparation and briefing of the graphic team to final production and delivery, following agreed retroplanning and timelines. /li liCoordinate with the graphic team and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines, market requirements, and retail standards. /li liReview and approve prototypes, mock-ups, and print proofs, coordinating technical adjustments and fine-tuning with the supervisor and relevant stakeholders. /li liManage supplier tenders and quotations for different types of retail materials, following up on negotiations, production timelines, and delivery schedules. /li liCoordinate with the Sourcing Department to scout and evaluate new suppliers, materials, and production solutions in line with evolving store and market needs. /li liMonitor production processes and ensure the timely delivery of materials to the relevant markets and stores. /li liManage material codes and related requests, ensuring accurate and timely communication with the relevant departments. /li liConduct competitive benchmarking and monitor retail trends and market executions to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. /li liPrepare and monitor Purchase Requisitions (RdA) in SAP and support budget management, ensuring accurate tracking of costs and alignment with approved budgets. /li liProvide ongoing support to stores, addressing issues and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to find effective solutions related to in-store materials. /li liPrepare and manage the weekly communication to stores, consolidating all relevant information on new materials, window plans, promotions, launches, and video playlists. /li liAdapt weekly store communications according to country-specific calendars, timelines, and market requirements. /li liManage the trade marketing activities related to new directly operated store openings, ensuring that all required materials are ordered, produced, and delivered within the agreed timelines. /li liCoordinate with Construction, Operations, Retail, and other relevant departments to align on new opening timelines, stock checks, orders. /li /ul h3What you will need to succeed /h3 ul liDegree or Master in Economy, Marketing or Statistics. /li liStrong operational discipline and attention to details. /li liEntrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset and can-do attitude, going extra-mile. /li li3/4 years of experience in cosmetic market or fast retailing. /li liGood knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data. /li liExcellent knowledge of Office package (mainly Excel) and SAP as a plus. /li liFluent English, other languages are a plus. /li /ul h3We would love if you had /h3 ul liA strong and positive attitude to team-work and to details. /li liA passion for beauty business. /li liGood understanding of the retail industry and trends. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
