Scrum Master

Your missions?

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach and support Agile teams in adopting and continuously improving Scrum practices.

• Remove impediments and protect teams from external disruptions to ensure smooth delivery.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

• Promote Agile values and principles across teams and stakeholders.

• Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement through metrics and feedback.

• Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

• Foster a collaborative, self-organizing, and high-performing team environment.

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is mandatory, along with strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience with Iot tecnology

• Knowledge of English and Italian at C1 level is required.

• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic and international environment.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with Agile transformation initiatives and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar would be a plus.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary (Range: EUR 26,000 – EUR 50,000).

• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
