Technical Product Manager

Per conto di un primario gruppo industriale internazionale, leader tecnologico multidominio nei settori Aerospace, Defense & Security , ricerchiamo un Technical Product Manager da inserire stabilmente all'interno dell'Area di Product Management per la sede di Roma Laurentina.
La risorsa inserita si occuperà di gestire l'evoluzione del portafoglio prodotti legati all'area Global Monitoring, assicurandone la competitività sul mercato e curando sia gli aspetti di coordinamento tecnico dello sviluppo sia la definizione dei relativi business plan economici.
Responsabilità principali- Gestione del ciclo di vita completo del prodotto, dalla fase di concept iniziale fino al rilascio finale.
- Definizione dei Business Model di prodotto, del business canvas e del relativo piano economico degli investimenti.
- Monitoraggio costante dell'allineamento del portafoglio prodotti con i requisiti competitivi del mercato e con gli obiettivi strategici aziendali.
- Supporto tecnico alle strutture di Business Development e Sales durante le fasi di scouting e di vendita.
- Gestione strutturata del catalogo prodotto e attività di divulgazione delle relative funzionalità tecniche.
- Collaborazione con le funzioni marketing per la produzione di materiale informativo-divulgativo e per l'organizzazione di eventi di settore.
- Laurea Triennale o Magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica o Telecomunicazioni.
- Esperienza pregressa di 3-5 anni nel ruolo, maturata in contesti analoghi o in realtà aziendali altamente strutturate.
- Background tecnico operativo come Technical o Team Leader all'interno di progetti di sviluppo software.
- Conoscenza del mercato dei sistemi di gestione, monitoraggio e controllo, con focus su piattaforme PSIM, BMS, Sale Operative e sistemi di fonia su IP.
- Competenze nella gestione dei processi di test, validazione e nella compilazione del piano economico di progetto.
- Buona padronanza degli strumenti di project management e dei sistemi di tracciamento requisiti/ticketing (JIRA).
- Conoscenza avanzata della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata (preferibile livello B2/C1).
- Familiarità con tool e metodologie di sviluppo ed ecosistemi DevOps: Gitlab, Ansible, Jenkins, SonarQube, Fortify, programmazione a oggetti e UML design.
- Conoscenza dei principali standard regolatori e normativi di settore (es. MIL 498, ECSS, CRA, AI ACT).
