PART TIME /ph3Main duties: /h3ulliTo provide consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store. /li /ulh3The Role: /h3ulliTo maximize sales for the store; /liliTo develop enduring relationships with clients; /liliTo provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; /liliTo approach customers and offer them advice and support on product to persuade them to buy; /liliTo manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; /liliTo understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance; /liliTo resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; /liliTo handle returns of merchandise; /liliTo maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store at the highest standard; /liliTo support the team on the general operations of the “Piquadro” store; /liliTo arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria; /liliTo operate cash registers and close daily revenues; /liliTo maintain customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; /liliTo go the “extra mile” to meet targets. /li /ulh3The Candidate: /h3ulliFluency in English (written spoken) is strongly desired and Chinese appreciated; /liliRetail or service industry experience; /liliGreat customer service and people skills; /liliAbility to communicate and inspire customers store colleagues; /liliGood standard of numeracy and problem solving; /liliAbility to work towards goals; /liliStrong organizational skills; /liliDynamic and creative. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
