Product Process Specialist

We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play the role of Product Process Specialist.Responsibilities
- Ensures the compliance to build requirements of all processes of the assigned area.
- Provides methodological support to production for problem solving and corrective actions and interfaces with Vehicle Process Engineering, Product Engineering and Suppliers.
- Identifies losses and waste in the assigned process and applies the appropriate tool to solve process/product problems.
- Coordinates all safety, quality, cost and lead time initiatives.
- 1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
- Analytical approach.
- Good teamwork orientation.
- Sense of responsibility.
- Ability to learn and to work under pressure.
- Sense of proactivity: anticipates needs and acts.
- Technical knowledge of main production processes and products.
- Good leadership skills.
