Supply Planner

For prestigious multinational company based in Belluno, we are looking for a Supply Planner. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability through effective production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination. This role plays a key part in aligning demand, capacity, and supply chain priorities while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Main responsibilities:

• Build and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity and lead times.

• Monitor inventory, production data, and material requirements to ensure supply continuity.

• Track weekly performance reports and operational KPIs.

• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities through data analysis.

• Coordinate with factory, demand planning, quality, procurement and logistics to align planning priorities.

• Ensure service level targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels and costs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.

• Support planning readiness for new product launches.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations.

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of ERP/planning tools and Excel.

Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Place of work: Belluno. smart working 40%.
