Overview
In questa funzione, agirai come Solution Architect per la Practice Data Analytics, disegnando architetture AI/end-to-end e guidando offerte verso i clienti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team multidisciplinari su AI, cybersecurity, cloud e trasformazione digitale, contribuendo a trasformare processi e servizi. Il ruolo combina attività di presales e delivery, con responsabilità su pianificazione, stima e gestione di progetti. Avrai leadership su team tecnici e agirai da interfaccia tra esigenze di business e soluzioni architetturali sostenibili. Unocchiata al contesto: contribuire all’evoluzione di soluzioni IA in scenari internazionali, con impatto operativo reale.

- costruire proposte tecnico-commerciali e stimare effort
- definire roadmap e presentare soluzioni sia a livello tecnico che executive
- coordinare progetti di delivery, gestire pianificazione, avanzamento, rischi e relazione con il cliente
- gestire un team di risorse tecniche, assicurando qualità, allocazione e sviluppo delle competenze
- fare da raccordo tra esigenze di business e soluzioni architetturali sostenibili
- solida esperienza nella progettazione di architetture AI/GenAI: agentic AI, orchestrazione multi-agent, RAG, LLM gateway, integrazione (MCP/A2A)
- competenza su piattaforme cloud (GCP e/o Azure) e servizi AI/data (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric)
- conoscenza pattern di integrazione enterprise (API, event-driven) e integrazione con SAP/Salesforce/Databricks; temi di AI governance, security e compliance
- capacità di definire architetture scalabili e documentarle a livello tecnico ed executive
- competenze di project management (pianificazione, stima, gestione rischi) e presales; leadership e coordinamento di team tecnici
