Creator Partnerships Manager (€55K-€65K)

Role We’re opening our first dedicated creator marketing hire. You\'ll own the strategy and day-to-day of working with content creators across two tracks:

Standard creators — showcasing new features, running promotions, and producing the kind of clear, high-converting content that drives signups. Creative creators / ambassadors — artists and storytellers who use One More Shot AI to express their own creativity, making music videos and original work that shows what the tool can really do.

You\'ll find them, brief them, build relationships, and turn their content into a genuine acquisition channel — including content we can amplify through paid social. We move fast and we hire people who do too. This is a high-ownership role where we expect real results from day one — your first campaigns and your first creators should already move the needle. This is an in-office role in Milan — we believe the best early work happens in the same room. If you think you can deliver remotely, we\'re open to being convinced. About KRNL KRNL is a Milan-based mobile app studio building AI products since 2018. Our latest — and fastest-growing — product is One More Shot AI: the platform helping music artists create everything they need to promote their music and break through. Realistic lip-synced music videos, lyric videos, promotional content, album and Spotify cover art, fake out-of-home, and more — all powered by AI. In a short time One More Shot AI has grown past 100,000 users and a ~$700K monthly run rate, mostly by reaching amateur and emerging artists around the world. We\'re now scaling toward our next milestone, and creators are central to how we get there. We\'re a small, fast-moving team strong on AI and product. We\'re looking for someone equally strong on creators, culture, and music. What you\'ll do

Build and run our creator program end to end: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, deliverables, and payments. Recruit and manage both standard creators and creative ambassadors across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Develop briefs and creative concepts that balance "show the feature" with "show the magic." Partner with our growth team to feed the best creator content into paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok). Track performance — content output, engagement, signups, CAC — and double down on what works. Stay close to music and creator culture so we\'re always early, not late.

What we\'re looking for

2–4+ years in creator, influencer, or community marketing — ideally with a consumer app, music, or entertainment product. A real network of creators (or a proven ability to build one fast). Strong instincts for what makes content perform and what makes it feel authentic. Good artistic taste — an eye for what looks and feels great, especially in music and visual content. Comfort owning a function solo in an early-stage, ship-fast environment. Fluent English. Other languages are a plus given our global user base.

Bonus points

You come from or deeply understand the music world. You\'ve worked with AI / creative tools and get how to communicate them. You\'ve run ambassador or UGC-at-scale programs before. You vibecode — you\'re comfortable using AI tools to prototype, automate, and move faster.
