Senior Field Market Access Manager - South Italy

Overview

In this role you will drive regional market access for BeOne Medicines, shaping access strategies through engagement with regional payers and hospital stakeholders. You will represent therapeutic areas and portfolio priorities with a focus on value evidence and alignment with regional care models. You'll lead negotiations and support implementation of access pathways, contributing to sustainable patient access and evidence-based decision making. This is a cross-functional, field-based position that places you at the center of regional policy and payer dialogues, with a strong emphasis on impact and collaborative execution.

Responsabilità

• Define and implement regional market access strategies for regional and hospital levels
• Manage institutional relationships with Regional Health Administrations, decision-makers, influencers and hospital stakeholders
• Represent BeOne Medicines' therapeutic areas in a compliant, evidence-based manner
• Support regional and hospital introduction of portfolio priorities with aligned access pathways
• Lead negotiations at central services and hospital level for tenders and framework agreements
• Guide development of pharmaco-economic data and budget impact models
• Establish relationships with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, procurement bodies and payers focusing on access and evidence-based decisions
• Communicate changes and trends in local health policy and competitor activities to cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies

Requisiti fondamentali

• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry with dialogue with Regional Health Administrations and local organizations
• In-depth knowledge of the national and regional health system
• Leadership of relationships with key stakeholders in health organizations
• Strong scientific knowledge to defend clinical aspects of therapeutic areas
• Proven success in drug launching in regional and hospital markets
• Experience negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement with public administrations and health authorities
• Holistic and strategic vision
• Persuasive communication with strong presentation skills
• Languages: Italian native and English proficient
• Computer Skills: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and market access processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
