Pet Relocation Manager

Overview
In questa posizione guiderai la creazione e lo sviluppo della nuova Business Unit Pet Relocation, definendo la strategia e coordinando le attività tra Italia e mercati internazionali. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con partner, operatori e fornitori veterinari per offrire un servizio conforme a normative locali e internazionali. Sarai responsabile di processi operativi, KPI, qualità e sviluppo commerciale, contribuendo a posizionare FERCAM come partner di riferimento nel settore. L'opportunità combina innovazione, gestione di una rete globale e un forte orientamento al cliente e ai risultati, in un contesto dinamico della logistica animale.
Responsabilità
- Definire e guidare la strategia di sviluppo della BU Pet Relocation
- Sviluppare partnership con operatori, compagnie aeree, agenti internazionali e fornitori di servizi veterinari
- Gestire e coordinare le operazioni di relocation di animali domestici in Italia, Europa e resto del mondo
- Assicurare conformità alle normative nazionali e internazionali per il trasporto di animali vivi
- Gestire documentazione veterinaria, export e import
- Supportare il team commerciale nella promozione del servizio
- Sviluppare procedure operative, standard di qualità e piani di emergenza
- Monitorare KPI operativi, customer satisfaction e redditività del business
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza minima di 3 anni in ruolo analogo nel settore Pet Relocation o relocation internazionale
- Conoscenza comprovata delle procedure internazionali di trasporto animali domestici
- Esperienza in pratiche export/import verso Paesi UE ed extra UE
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese, scritto e parlato
- Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera
- Capacità di gestione di clienti internazionali e situazioni complesse
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali
