• Coordinate technology deliverables with Senior Principals
• Govern engineering policies and product-related governance
• Participate in PCB (Product Configuration Board) screening
• Contribute to EICE laboratories expansion strategy
• Support System Engineering in planning and monitoring the NPD deck
• Assist NPD reviews for high technical risk and prepare product sheets
• Maintain and harmonize Controls and Instrumentation Competency Mapping for Electrical Systems
• Collaborate to ensure product compliance with international standards and contribute to technical committees
• Monitor product lifecycle, analyze market trends, identify upgrade opportunities
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues; act as SPT Owner for reactive cases and safety planning
• Foster a performance‑driven, innovative culture and support talent development

Responsabilità

• Master’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years in Instrumentation and Automation
• Strong background in engineering standardization, validation, and testing methodologies
• Proven leadership in managing natural and cross‑functional teams
• In‑depth knowledge of international standards and active involvement in technical committees
• Strategic mindset for product lifecycle management and standardized solutions
• Experience contributing to technology roadmaps aligned with market and innovation trends
• Familiarity with IP strategy and patent landscape analysis
• Ability to design and deliver technical training and development programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across engineering, product leadership, service, procurement, legal, and innovation
