Overview
In questo ruolo, sarai responsabile di progettare soluzioni per soddisfare le esigenze dei casi d’uso GDP, garantendo qualità e integrazione con l’esistente. Collaborerai con team applicativi e Operations per assicurare l’uso corretto degli strumenti e l’erogazione del servizio. Coordinerai un team di professionisti interni ed esterni per mantenere ed evolvere le soluzioni software. Sarai il punto di riferimento tecnico della Generali Data Platform, operando in un contesto sfidante e orientato al miglioramento continuo. Questa posizione offre l’opportunità di guidare architetture e implementazioni scalabili in un ambiente complesso e tecnologicamente avanzato.
Responsabilità- Progettare soluzioni conformi ai requisiti GDP e integrazione con quanto esiste
- Garantire funzionamento in produzione e corretta erogazione del servizio
- coordinare e pianificare attività di un gruppo interno/esterno per mantenere ed evolvere le soluzioni
- Collaborare con gruppi applicativi e Operations per uso corretto degli strumenti e risoluzione dei defect
- Rafforzare l’architettura e l’esecuzione di soluzioni per casi d’uso GDP
- Esperienza con architetture orientate ai servizi
- Gestione di progetti complessi e pianificazione con team multipli
- Capacità di coordinare collaboratori esterni
- Conoscenza di JVM-based languages (Java, Scala)
- Esperienza con Kafka e Kubernetes (K8S)
- Conoscenza di principali database relazionali
- Gestione di gruppi di lavoro complessi
- Orientamento al problem solving
- Proattività e apprendimento continuo
