In this role you will lead cost management for engineering and construction projects within Arcadis Italia, aligning cost insights with the team and company mission. You’ll prepare budgets, analyze feasibility, and extract data to inform decision‑making in an international setting. You help shape project viability and value by delivering accurate cost estimates and analyses. This is a hands‑on position in a collaborative, impact‑driven environment.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Prepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates
• Carry out preliminary cost estimates for buildings and civil works
• Prepare reports and cost analyses for construction projects
• Carry out economic and feasibility calculations for construction projects
• Extract information and process data from databases

Responsabilità

• Around 5 years of experience in cost estimation and control
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture, or a diploma from a technical college
• Excellent English and Italian (B2)
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD for measurement and quantity take‑off
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM methodology
• Understanding of technical architecture, construction techniques and planning permission procedures
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork aptitude
• Goal‑oriented
• Experience in cost management in logistics, data centre, residential and hospitality sectors
