In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for assigned stakeholders in your territory, sharing the scientific and value proposition of our products in line with local legislation and the LEO Pharma Code of Conduct. /p pIn Core Products, we share a “challenge accepted” mindset and are guided by our winning behaviours of simplification, collaboration and accountability to achieve our goals. /p pbYour role /b /p pAs Product Specialist, you will be responsible for scientific information activities in your assigned territory, in line with Italian Legislative Decree 219/06. You will manage the territorial business plan and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, supporting the best possible management of patients in dermatology. /p pWorking closely with your Sales Coordinator, MSL and other cross-functional colleagues, you will ensure that scientific engagement, account planning and field execution are aligned with business priorities and patient needs. /p pYour primary responsibilities will include: /p ul liCarrying out scientific information activities with hospital physicians through visits and interviews, building partnerships focused on dermatology patient care. /li liDeveloping customer relationships through communication centred on patient needs, using company-approved materials and digital tools. /li liEnsuring correct and effective execution of action plans for selected accounts in your territory. /li liCollecting, analysing and understanding relevant insights from account stakeholders to support patient needs and competitive intelligence. /li liCollaborating with your manager, MSL and other colleagues to suggest and implement projects and initiatives for your reference accounts. /li /ul pYou will also identify key medical stakeholders, particularly hospital specialists, and use LEO Pharma tools such as Veeva to improve the quality and relevance of scientific information activities. In line with patient therapeutic needs, you will also monitor product availability in hospital and local pharmacies where relevant, and inform pharmacists about the therapeutic value of LEO Pharma’s solutions. /p pTo succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications: /p ul liA degree in scientific subjects, in line with the requirements for scientific information activities in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liExperience in a similar role within pharmaceutical companies. /li liStrong scientific knowledge of the relevant medicines and therapeutic area. /li liGood knowledge of digital and IT tools, including systems used to support field activity and account management. /li liBusiness insight, customer focus and the ability to plan, align and drive results in your assigned territory. /li /ul pLEO Pharma is built on collaboration, innovation and curiosity. You will report to the Sales Coordinator and work closely with internal partners including Medical, Marketing, Finance, Access and Commercial Excellence. /p pYour role will place you at the centre of collaboration between field execution, scientific engagement and account planning, with a shared focus on supporting better dermatology care. /p pThe annual gross base salary for new hires in this role ranges from EUR45.000to EUR55.000. This range has been established by considering multiple factors such as the candidate’s experience, educational background, unique skill set, and the market value for the position. Additionally, this role may include a variable performance-based component, which varies depending on the responsibilities and organizational level.
