As Director, Area Partner Leader, you steer a multicultural, multi-country partner ecosystem to drive sales and align with NetApp’s corporate strategy. You will lead a field team across 16 countries, collaborate with general managers and channel managers, and support partners in closing deals and executing sales initiatives. You’ll shape a multi-year go-to-market plan tailored to diverse markets and drive worldwide partner programs and investments.   • Lead and coordinate a high-performing team across 16 countries to ensure consistent execution
  • Build strong relationships with executive partners, GMs, and channel managers to align on outcomes
  • Manage cross-functional relationships between NetApp and partner executives across sales, technical, and service lines
  • Create and drive a multi-year, multicultural GTM strategy and execution plan
  • Identify and launch partner-specific programs and tailor investments to country needs
  • Promote adoption of worldwide partner programs, incentives, and investment opportunities
  • Oversee Joint Business Plans with partners and ensure local relevance
  • Increase visibility of partner differentiation within NetApp and partner ecosystems
  • Oversee activation activities in the partner ecosystem to deliver strong results
  • Ensure global strategy is implemented locally using regional data and insights
  • Be the voice of the partner back to NetApp to drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate wins, capture long-term outcomes, and escalate needs as required
  • Contribute to area leadership with cross-team collaboration
  • Facilitate alignment of area strategy with local market realities
Responsabilità
  • Proven partner leadership across multiple countries in a multicultural context
  • Experience managing a channel ecosystem with knowledge of partner business models, competition, and trends
  • Track record in direct sales and in supporting partners to close deals and run sales initiatives
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills at executive levels within partner organizations
  • Excellent collaboration abilities with local GMs, channel managers, and cross-functional teams
