Everience Italia cerca un Help Desk Junior di Livello 2 da inserire nel team IT dedicato a un cliente nel settore moda/lusso. Il candidato fornirà assistenza tecnica agli utenti, risolverà problemi hardware e gestirà i ticket in modo organizzato per garantire una risoluzione efficiente.
È richiesto una breve esperienza, conoscenza di basi Windows e reti, buone doti comunicative e la conoscenza dell’inglese a livello B1. L’impegno è full time onsite presso la sede del cliente a Scandicci.
