Entrerai nel team Sales come bTeam Lead BDR /b: guiderai un team di b7+ BDR dal giorno 1 /b, lavorando a diretto riporto del bBDR Director /b e contribuendo a costruire una macchina outbound scalabile. Cerchiamo una persona con bforte esperienza outbound, capacità di coaching e voglia di costruire /b. /ph3Cosa farai /h3ulliGuiderai, formerai e farai crescere un team di BDR /liliSarai coinvolto in hiring, onboarding, coaching e performance management /liliTi assicurerai che gli obiettivi di pipeline generation vengano raggiunti e superati /liliLavorerai con Sales Ops, AE Manager e BDR Director per migliorare processi, tool e strategia outbound /li /ulh3Chi cerchiamo /h3pPersone con b3–5 anni di esperienza sales /b, idealmente in contesti bB2B SaaS / Tech /b, e un background solido nell’outbound. Cerchiamo soprattutto: btrack record commerciale, leadership, coaching, ownership, approccio data-driven e forte orientamento ai risultati. /b Hai già gestito persone o guidato team commerciali, e sai cosa significa far crescere BDR junior in un ambiente ad alta intensità. /ph3Cosa offriamo /h3ullib€60–80K OTE /b, in base all’esperienza, variabile uncapped, con acceleratori per over-performance. /liliUn ruolo ad alto impatto, con team a riporto dal giorno 1, forte esposizione interna e responsabilità diretta sulla crescita del motore outbound. /liliUfficio a bMilano /b, modalità bhybrid /b: b3 giorni on-site, 2 flessibili /b. /li /ulh3Processo /h3pVideo Loom → Colloquio conoscitivo → Problem solving interview → Sales interview. /ppNiente CV: valutiamo il potenziale, non i pregiudizi. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
