IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a Research Assistant/Lab Technician to join the Vector Engineering and In Vivo Tumor Targeting Unit, led by Mario Leonardo Squadrito, at the San Raffaele Telethon Institute for Gene Therapy (SR-Tiget). Our team focuses on designing and applying innovative genetic tools for the in vivo delivery of therapeutic payloads to tumors. Our research encompasses the identification of key cellular populations and actionable targets in tumors, as well as the development and deployment of cutting-edge genetic tools to modulate these targets. We primarily base our platforms on lentiviral vectors, which are engineered to incorporate key molecular components that enhance their versatility and therapeutic efficacy.
