Overview
In questo ruolo, ti inserisci come punto di riferimento interno per Data, BI e AI in un contesto industriale in evoluzione. Sarai centrale nello sviluppo di modelli data-driven e nel guidare iniziative di analisi, integrazione dati e automazione. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il management per tradurre esigenze di business in soluzioni concrete e valore misurabile. Se hai una forte base tecnica, orientamento all'output e curiosità per AI e automazione, questa è l'opportunità per influenzare la strategia Data & AI dell'azienda.

Responsabilità
- Analizzare esigenze di business e definire come dati e tecnologia supportano decisioni e performance
- Definire KPI, dashboard e strumenti di BI, trasformando dati in informazioni fruibili dai decisori
- Lavorare con SQL, Power BI, database e processi di integrazione dati in modo hands-on
- Integrare dati da fonti diverse e migliorare qualità/coerenza del patrimonio informativo
- Evolvere l'ecosistema Data & Analytics individuando aree di miglioramento, automazione e maggiore integrazione
- Identificare e sviluppare use case di AI e Generative AI applicabili ai processi aziendali
- Sperimentare soluzioni AI per analytics, reporting, automazione e supporto al decision making
- Interfacciarsi con utenti e stakeholder per l'adozione di nuovi strumenti e modi di utilizzare i dati
- Gestire relazioni con partner tecnologici e fornitori, mantenendo governance interna delle soluzioni
Requisiti fondamentali
- Laurea in discipline tecnico-scientifiche (informatica, ingegneria, matematica, statistica, data science)
- Esperienza minima di 5 anni in Data, BI, Analytics o ruoli analoghi
- Ottima conoscenza di SQL e Power BI; capacità di lavorare con database e modelli dati
- Esperienza con data integration ed ETL
- Conoscenza di almeno una piattaforma Cloud (Azure, AWS o Google Cloud)
- Conoscenza di Python o R
- Conoscenza di concetti di AI/ML e Generative AI e interesse per applicazioni in azienda
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (C1)
- Preferibile esperienza in contesti industriali/manifatturieri
- Approccio pragmatico e orientato alla realizzazione
- Autonomia e ownership
- Capacità di problem solving e gestione delle priorità
