In this role within ABB’s Continuous Improvement team, you drive and support cross-functional CI initiatives in a multinational setting. You deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Qwins to boost safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost performance. You work closely with local leaders to embed a data-driven, customer-centric approach and to sustain improvements. • Support the local Continuous Improvement strategy and ensure alignment with global frameworks
• Foster a strong CI culture across the organization
• Lead and facilitate measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost with local stakeholders
• Perform end-to-end process analyses using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, ensuring sustainability of solutions
• Promote data-driven decision-making and performance evaluation
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational excellence
• Address barriers to adoption of CI initiatives and align cross-functional teams
• Develop and deliver training materials, standards, and toolkits to spread CI best practices
• Monitor programs and KPIs to ensure transparency and results delivery

Responsabilità

• Technical studies in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial disciplines, IT, or equivalent
• Solid experience with Qwins, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
• Experience in operations or industrial environments with understanding of production line management
• Knowledge of quality control processes and statistical analysis
• Familiarity with ERP, MES or comparable platforms
• Good written and spoken English
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to use data and KPIs for decision-making
• Plus: digital/automation skills, data analysis and reporting, Power BI, Python, SQL
