Global Clinical Operations Lead - Remote & Strategy-Driven

Chiesi seeks a Clinical Operations Lead to guide global development programs across Early Phase, Late Phase and RWE with a strong patient focus. You will mentor CPMs, align cross-functional teams, and oversee end-to-end operations, budgets, and vendor governance.
Based in Italy, you will shape programs with ICH-GCP compliance, mitigate risks, and provide strategic guidance on protocol development within a matrix, multidisciplinary organization.
