Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to lead corporate affairs, communications, and policy advocacy operations in Italy. The role encompasses media relations, reputation management, public affairs, and internal communications to support the company's oncology mission and local market priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as company spokesperson and direct media inquiries in Italy, supporting trial results and regulatory milestone announcements
- Develop and execute country-level corporate reputation and public affairs strategies aligned with global priorities
- Build relationships with top-tier Italian and trade media, monitoring coverage and emerging narratives
- Lead local crisis and issues management to protect company reputation during sensitive events
- Elevate executive visibility and thought leadership within Italian business, healthcare, and policy communities
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in corporate affairs, communications, or public relations
- Deep knowledge of Italian media landscape, healthcare policy, and regulatory environment
- Track record managing media relations and corporate reputation in pharmaceutical or life sciences
- Experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies across multiple channels
- Strong crisis management and issues management capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with executive leadership and market access teams
