The position is covered by the 'CCNL Commercio e Terziario' (National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce and Service Sector), alongside a benefits package that includes meal vouchers, wellbeing initiatives (including Wellhub), and growth opportunities. /ppbr/ppbRole and responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppYou will be part of an area that takes care of bArtificial Intelligence /b. /ppbr/ppAs a bLead /b bData Scientist /b, you will work for customers and internal research departments on complex and innovative projects about genAI, NLP, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, computer vision, and lots more, in various fields and sectors. /ppYou will focus on solving complex problems: translating requirements into actionable rules and /ppdeliverables. /ppbr/ppYou will be responsible for: /pulliAnalyzing business needs and proposing the most effective technical approach, choosing between classical AI, GenAI, or hybrid solutions. /liliDesigning the end-to-end AI solution, translating business requirements into technical specifications. /liliDesigning and implementing solutions based on Machine Learning and advanced statistical methods, as well as GenAI architectures (RAG, agents, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning when needed). /liliAssessing when to rely on an LLM/GenAI solution versus a classical ML approach, based on robustness, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. /liliValidating developed models with a focus on explainability, generalization, robustness, and production behavior (including GenAI-specific risks such as hallucinations, bias, and inference costs). /liliPreparing and presenting technical and non-technical reports, adapting the storytelling to the audience's level. /liliStaying up to date on developments in Data Science, ML, and GenAI, proposing new ideas and participating in pre-sales activities. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Skills🛹 /b /pulliAt least 4 years of relevant experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions. /liliHands-on experience applying advanced analytics/ML techniques to real business cases, with a proven ability to synthesize complex data and present results. /liliPractical experience with advanced analytics/ML techniques and GenAI solutions applied to real business cases . /liliStrong proficiency in Python and core AI frameworks/libraries. /li /ulpbr/ppbCome with us /b /ppYou will have the opportunity to work and get in touch with international players who will allow you to increase your know-how in view of future challenges! /ppbr/ppWe do not consider applications without CV. /ppAvvale promotes equal opportunity.
