Overview

In this role you will support blockchain and digital assets initiatives for leading financial institutions, corporates, and fintechs. You'll assist in market analysis, design and implementation of blockchain-based services, and development of client deliverables. You translate complex concepts into clear business insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role offers exposure to strategic projects at the frontier of digital finance and web3.

Responsabilità

• Support the lifecycle of blockchain/digital assets initiatives from market analysis to implementation
• Contribute to client deliverables such as presentations, reports and business cases
• Conduct research on industry trends, regulatory developments and tech innovations
• Translate blockchain concepts into clear business insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate with colleagues, technology providers and clients to ensure high-quality project delivery

Requisiti fondamentali

• 1–3 years in blockchain and digital assets, preferably in consulting or advisory
• Strong understanding of blockchain and digital assets ecosystem
• Ability to combine business thinking with foundational blockchain knowledge
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
• Structured mindset and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
