In this Hardware Engineer role at Copeland Belluno, you will validate hardware designs and ensure components meet internal and international standards. You’ll collaborate with product managers, software and operations teams to drive product development and validation. You’ll test prototypes, evaluate components, analyze field failures, and contribute to PCB development. This is an on‑site position at a state‑of‑the‑art facility, offering hands‑on engineering impact in a sustainability‑focused company.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Hardware testing and product validation on prototypes per internal procedures and standards
- Evaluate alternative components for optimization
- Perform failure analysis on field returns and recommend corrective actions
- Electronic CAD drawing for 2-layer PCB development
- Diploma and/or degree in electronics
- 2 to 3 years' experience in electronics
- Experience in similar roles (supply chain, laboratory hardware testing, Operations)
- Continuously staying updated on new technologies and processes
- Italian language - native
- English language - basic proficiency
