Il nostro cliente, realtà internazionale leader negli ingredienti per la ccosmetica, ricerca un Lead Sistemista IT per la sede a Busnago. Inserito in un gruppo globale con forte impronta industriale e continui investimenti tecnologici, avrai la responsabilità end‑to‑end dei sistemi IT italiani e supporterai iniziative di cyber security e compliance a livello di gruppo, lavorando a stretto contatto con il management estero su progetti GDPR e ISO 27001.

Responsabilità
- Gestire e ottimizzare infrastruttura, reti, ambienti ibridi e helpdesk, garantendo stabilità, sicurezza ed efficienza.
- Contribuire a strategia IT, standard, budget, procurement, contratti e SLA.
- Guidare iniziative di sicurezza, GDPR e ISO 27001, definendo e applicando policy e best practice.
Requisiti
- Esperienza di 3/5 anni in gestione tecnica IT, data center, budget e quality management.
- Solida competenza su Windows Server (2016/2022/2025), Windows 10/11, O365, Hyper‑V, VMware, LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, DMZ, VLAN, VOIP, sicurezza di rete (router/switch/Wi‑Fi plus).
- Ottimo inglese.
