You’ll collaborate with specialists in Product, UX, and Brand, contributing to the next generation of Huawei mobility experiences. All of this happens in the heart of Milan, a city where design, fashion, and innovation collide every day. /p h3What will you be doing? /h3 ul liCreate bold exterior visions, and develop exterior design proposals that push boundaries and define the next wave of Huawei automotive aesthetics. /li liShape ideas from sketch to final product, this means that you will follow projects from early concept exploration to production‑ready proposals. /li liBy elevating creativity you will be bringing strong creative energy, curiosity, and attention to detail, refining ideas into polished, competitive design solutions. /li liCreate compelling design stories that help to present your concepts clearly and confidently, ensuring alignment across teams. /li liUnderstand the world’s fastest‑moving market by building a deep understanding of the Chinese automotive landscape and its design dynamics. /li liCollaborate globally! You will be travelling to China and other project hubs several times per year to support development, benchmark trends, and work closely with HQ design teams. /li /ul h3What skills do you bring? /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive Design. /li liExperience in automotive or mobility design within a top‑tier agency or in‑house studio (1-4 years of experience is a plus, or a highly creative portfolio). /li liStrong 2D/3D design abilities — from expressive sketching to refined digital rendering. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Blender for modeling and visualization. /li liAbility to collaborate with clay modelers at small or full scale. /li liHigh fluency with AI‑driven design tools to accelerate creativity and workflow. /li liA portfolio that demonstrates strong design thinking across multiple sectors. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design intent. /li liA collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently when needed. /li liFluency in English; Chinese is a plus. /li liComfort working in a multicultural, international environment. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational technology companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
