- Manage project timelines and deliverables for tech transfer initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams in GMP environments
- Monitor project progress and report on milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks related to tech transfer and GMP compliance
- Ensure documentation and regulatory requirements are met for GMP projects
- Support process validation and qualification activities
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders in tech transfer projects
- Prepare and present project status reports to management
- Experience of 1.5 to 2 years in project management within GMP environments
- Experience in tech transfer projects
- Experience with process validation and qualification
- Experience with documentation management in regulated environments
- Academic background: degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
