As the central counterparty (CCP) of choice for Euronext markets, it ensures the efficient and safe functioning of the markets. /p pWe are seeking a skilled Clearing Operational Risk Manager to join our team in Rome. In this role, you will support the operational risk framework and contribute to the ongoing development of risk culture and processes across the organisation, ensuring robust risk management in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. /p h3You will be primarily responsible for: /h3 ul liLeading and coordinating the identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation of boperational and IT risks /b, including cyber security, IT resilience, business continuity, third-party and data management /li liDevelop, manage and monitor bKey Risk Indicators /b and promote risk awareness across the Company /li liSupporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the bEnterprise risk management framework /b, ensuring alignment with Group policies, regulatory requirements (including DORA) and industry standards /li liProviding expert guidance on brisk policies, methodologies and control requirements /b to business and functional teams /li liCoordinating bscenario analysis /b and contributing to bRecovery and Resolution Plans /b, presenting findings and recommendations to management /li liPreparing and delivering clear and concise brisk reporting /b to Senior Management, Risk Committees and the Board /li liAnalysing incidents and emerging risks, bissuing recommendations /b for mitigation and supporting follow-up actions /li liDraft Operational risk assessmentb on strategic initiatives and projects /b /li liActing as a point of contact for regulators, resolution authorities and internal/external auditors, coordinating responses and ensuring timely engagement /li liPromoting risk awareness and best practices across the organisation, and supporting the bdevelopment of junior team members /b /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liMaster's degree in computer science, cyber security, engineering, information technology, economics, finance or a related field /li li5-6 years of work experience within financial or technology services (e.g. banks, regulators, audit or consultancy firms), ideally with exposure to clearing or post-trade environments /li liGood knowledge of IT governance, information security and business continuity frameworks (such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, CIS Framework, ITIL, DORA) /li liStrong transversal understanding of end-to-end business, operational and IT processes /li liExperience in coordinating projects and engaging with regulatory authorities /li liExcellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess cross-functional impacts /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to discuss risks in an approachable and structured manner /li liPrecision, attention to detail and the ability to deliver under pressure and tight deadlines /li liFluency in both spoken and written English /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office suite /li /ul h3Working with us means: /h3 ul liJoining a dynamic, international team at the forefront of European capital markets /li liPlaying a key role in the development and diversification of Euronext's clearing franchise /li liAccess to professional development opportunities and exposure to senior stakeholders /li liContributing to a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement /li liApply by submitting a CV in English. /li /ul h3About Euronext Clearing /h3 pEuronext Clearing is a multi-asset-class clearing house that provides proven risk management capabilities for Euronext's cash, financial and commodity derivatives markets.
