expertise, customer engagement, innovation, and brand storytelling. /ppYou will work closely with Marketing, Sales, RD, and Quality teams to create innovative pastry applications, support product launches, deliver training programs, and strengthen customer relationships across global markets. /ppYou will play a key role in elevating brand visibility and positioning Unigrà Master Martini as a trusted partner for pastry professionals around the world. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Represent the Brand Globally /h3ulliAct as the company's Corporate Executive Pastry Chef and Brand Ambassador. /liliRepresent Unigrà Master Martini at international trade fairs, customer events, product launches, workshops, and industry conferences. /liliConduct customer visits and support strategic business development initiatives worldwide. /liliDevelop innovative pastry applications that showcase the quality, versatility, and performance of our products. /liliCreate recipes aligned with market trends, customer needs, and emerging consumer preferences. /liliProvide technical expertise and market insights to support product innovation and development. /liliDesign and deliver technical training programs for customers, distributors, Sales teams, and professional pastry chefs worldwide. /liliOrganize and conduct workshops, pastry masterclasses, and technical training sessions. /liliPerform live demonstrations, show cooking activities, and customer presentations. /liliStrengthen customer engagement through training, events, and digital initiatives. /li /ulh3Create Technical Digital Content /h3ulliDevelop technical training materials, recipes, and application guides. /liliCollaborate with Marketing to create videos, digital culinary content, technical articles, and promotional materials. /liliSupport digital communication initiatives through engaging and educational content. /li /ulh3Collaborate Across Functions /h3ulliWork closely with RD, Marketing, Sales, and Quality teams to support product innovation and launches. /liliProvide application expertise during new product development and commercialization projects. /liliShare customer insights and market intelligence to support business growth and strategic planning. /li /ulh3What You'll Bring /h3h3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Pastry Chef, Corporate Pastry Chef, Culinary Consultant, or Culinary Demonstrator. /liliExperience within the pastry, bakery, confectionery, gelato, foodservice, or ingredients industry is highly desirable. /liliExperience in luxury hospitality, artisan pastry, or commercial kitchen environments is considered an advantage. /li /ulh3Technical Expertise /h3ulliStrong expertise in pastry techniques, product applications, and recipe development. /liliDeep understanding of professional pastry and bakery processes. /liliProven ability to translate technical knowledge into practical customer solutions. /li /ulh3Communication Presentation Skills /h3ulliExcellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. /liliStrong storytelling and showmanship abilities. /liliCharismatic personality with the ability to engage, inspire, and influence diverse audiences. /li /ulh3Additional Qualifications /h3ulliExperience creating culinary content, videos, digital communication materials, or social media content is a plus. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint is preferred. /liliFluent English is required. /liliAdditional languages are considered an advantage. /liliAvailability to travel internationally
