In this role you will define and drive the global strategy for the assigned segment across hotels, ensuring alignment with revenue and segment plans. You will collaborate with hotels and sales teams to implement strategies, manage key accounts globally, and lead contracting with online platforms to boost visibility. Responsabilità
- Define and implement the global strategy for the assigned segment across hotels
- Coordinate strategy execution for hotels and segment sales teams
- Plan projects, set priorities, and validate segmentation with Revenue Management
- Monitor sales objectives and develop action plans to achieve targets
- Manage and grow relationships with global Key Accounts
- Lead contracting with new accounts and online platforms to increase business
- Build relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and company perception
Requisiti fondamentali
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar
- Italian and advanced English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools
- Willingness to travel
