Experteer Overview As a Field Service Engineer, you will install, commission, maintain, and optimise advanced food processing equipment across Italy and the EMEA region. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide hands‑on guidance to operators, contributing to equipment uptime and performance. You’ll train customers, document service activities, and collaborate with engineering teams on upgrades. This role offers international exposure, technical impact, and travel‑driven problem‑solving. Retribuzione / Benefits Install, commission, maintain, and repair equipment at customer sites across Italy and EMEA Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues on advanced processing equipment Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to maximise uptime Provide operational, maintenance, and technical guidance to customers Deliver training to operators and maintenance teams Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and follow‑up recommendations Identify spare parts requirements and advise on upgrades Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and project teams to ensure quality service delivery Support larger installation and upgrade projects across the EMEA region when required Responsabilità Technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering Experience in field service, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of mechanical systems with electrical fault‑finding capability Experience in food processing or automated industrial equipment is advantageous Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken) Valid driving licence and passport Willingness to travel extensively across Italy and EMEA Requisiti fondamentali Competitive salary Travel‑related benefits Ongoing technical and personal development International team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
