In Finance, we ensure the integrated governance of financial activities at Group level, both ordinary and extraordinary. We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level.

The Finance Operations Business Partner supports recurring revenue operations, contributing to reporting, reconciliations, data quality, and process improvement initiatives. Working across Finance, Business, and IT teams, the role helps ensure accurate and efficient processes while supporting the growth and evolution of subscription-based business operations.

In particular, you will:

• Monitor and analyze operational and financial KPIs related to recurring revenue processes.
• Support monthly reporting and management analysis activities.
• Perform reconciliations between operational systems, billing platforms, and ERP environments.
• Analyze contracts, subscriptions, customer data, and financial transactions, identifying anomalies and areas for improvement.
• Support recurring revenue operational activities and related controls.
• Ensure data quality and consistency across key Finance Operations processes.
• Investigate operational issues and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to process improvement, automation, and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in testing and validation activities related to process or system changes.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and analytics solutions within Finance Operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and control requirements.

What skills are we looking for?

• 2-5 years of experience in Finance Operations, Controlling, Reporting, Audit, or other analytical finance-related roles.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or similar disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and business performance indicators.
• Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Finance, Business, and IT teams.
• Fluent English.
• Any exposure to recurring revenue processes, subscription-based business models, billing platforms, Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Revenue Recognition concepts, or AI-enabled tools will be considered a plus.
