Leading the installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. You will be the onsite expert, continually developing your knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers. /ph3As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer - Heavy Duty / Aero Gas Turbine Specialist, you will be responsible for: /h3ulliProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labour to ensure safety, compliance and quality /liliOverseeing, overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Gas Turbine products at customer sites /liliPreparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams /liliEnsuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards /li /ulh3Fuel your passion /h3pTo be successful in this role you will: /pulliTechnical Diploma /liliBe ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities /liliDemonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment /liliHave experience working in a mechanical role in an energy or oil and gas environment (or similar) /liliDisplay a solid customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions /liliBe skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding /liliHave excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English and Italian and hold an EU Passport /li /ulh3Work in a way that works for you /h3pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
