pbr/ppbWhat are we looking for /b /ppbr/ppThe Cosentino Milan team is looking for a bCommercial Design Sales Manager /b to drive growth within the Architecture Design segment. /ppIn this role, you will be responsible for generating specifications from an existing network of architects, designers and specifiers, while developing new business opportunities with key project accounts across the region. We are looking for a self-driven, resilient professional with a hunter mindset, strong commercial acumen and a passion for design and architecture /ppbr/ppbWhat you will do /b /ppbr/pp- Develop short and long-term sales plans to increase specifications and sales among architectural firms, designers, developers, corporate accounts and property owners.Identify and develop new project opportunities through strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and building owners. /pp- Promote Cosentino solutions through presentations, events and product demonstrations. /pp- Execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and customer timelines. /pp- Manage customer relationships, specifications and project pipelines through Salesforce CRM. /pp- Drive the growth of Cosentino surfacing solutions, including worktops, flooring, wall cladding and façade applications. /pp- Represent Cosentino within the local architecture and design community through networking and industry events. /pp- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely communication between all stakeholders. /pp- Manage sales budgets and expenses while delivering business growth targets. /pp- Support regional and corporate account initiatives when required. /ppbr/ppbWhat you need to succeed /b /ppbr/ppbExperience /b /pulli4-5+ years of experience in a B2B sales or business development role. /liliExperience working with architects, designers, developers or the building materials industry is highly valued. /liliFaçade experience is considered a plus. /li /ulpbSkills /b /pulliStrong relationship-building and networking capabilities. /liliResults-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously. /liliExperience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. /liliFluent Italian; English proficiency is highly desirable. /li /ulpbEducation /b /pulliBachelor's degree preferred. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat we do offer /b /ppbr/ppAt Cosentino, you'll join a global, innovative and people-focused company that is transforming the world of architecture and design through sustainable and high-value surfaces.
