Role Overview

The role will support digital transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on process analysis, operational excellence, and change management, contributing to the translation of business needs into practical and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and mapping of business processes (AS-IS), identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement
• Support the definition of TO-BE processes, in collaboration with Business and IT functions
• Contribute to the collection and formalization of functional requirements
• Support the creation of structured documentation in English (process flows, guidelines, operational procedures), as well as change management materials (presentations, guidelines, internal communications)
• Support the planning of ongoing projects (deadline management, follow-up activities, output analysis)
• Collaborate in the implementation of business improvement and digitalization initiatives
• Contribute to the communication and rollout of new processes within the organization, collecting feedback and supporting involved functions during the transition phase (training and initial operational support)

Requirements & Experience

• Recently graduated in Management Engineering or a related field
• Interest in process improvement, business organization, and digital transformation
• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, enthusiasm, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders; excellent communication skills are a must-have
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint (Excel is a plus)
• Fluent English, a second language will be considered a plus
• Basic knowledge of Operations, Finance, or IT is considered a plus
