AI/ML Computational Scientist Manager

Overview

As an AI/ML Computational Scientist at Accenture, you will design, build, and operationalize AI solutions for enterprise clients across the full lifecycle. You'll tailor models, including Deep Learning and Generative AI, and architect scalable MLOps pipelines for training and production. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready outcomes that scale and create measurable business value. This role offers the chance to shape cutting-edge AI deployments and drive transformation at client sites.

Responsabilità

• Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Develop and implement ML algorithms and scalable data pipelines for training and production with DevOps & MLOps
• Customize DL and Gen AI models for business use cases based on data and infrastructure
• Engage in R&D of AI/compute algorithms and models for client applications
• Work with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing for high-quality inputs
• Implement and maintain efficient data storage and retrieval for models and knowledge
• Justify model approaches in business contexts
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to achieve end-to-end project goals and production integration

Requisiti fondamentali

• Proven experience in deploying ML models in production at scale with monitoring, alerts, and auditing
• Strong grounding in computer science foundations, systems engineering, and programming
• Experience with distributed computing and cloud environments
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML software to a cloud environment
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Client-facing consulting skills
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Python and Python-based ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with language models (LLMs) and optimizing usage for applications
