This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. A "Il Rifugio Valtellinese" a Monza ricerchiamo un direttore. Siamo un ristorante aperto da poco ed in forte crescita. Come direttore sarai il responsabile della gestione completa della sala, contribuendo al mantenimento degli standard operativi, organizzativi e qualitativi del servizio.
Mansioni principali
- direzione e coordinamento del personale di sala
- organizzazione dei turni, dei ruoli e delle attività operative
- supervisione del servizio, dell’accoglienza e della gestione tavoli
- controllo della mise en place e degli standard qualitativi
- gestione delle prenotazioni e dei flussi di clientela
- collaborazione con cucina, bar, direzione e proprietà
- formazione e affiancamento del team di sala
- gestione di eventuali criticità con professionalità e problem solving
Requisiti richiesti
- esperienza nel ruolo di direttore di sala, maître, restaurant manager o responsabile di sala
- ottime capacità gestionali, organizzative e relazionali
- leadership, standing curato e forte orientamento al cliente capacità di costruire, coordinare e motivare un team disponibilità full time, su turni, anche serali e festivi
Offriamo assunzione con regolare contratto e con un'adeguata retribuzione in base all'esperienza. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno Retribuzione: €2.000,00 - €2.500,00 al mese Sede di lavoro: Di persona
