Partner with the best As Material Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Deploy master planning in the short term, scheduling operations and activity to optimize production and respect fulfilment needs
- Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
- Leading planning of Farm-in & Farm-out Activities with external Suppliers, overseeing cross-functional teams to resolve bottlenecks, materials shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues and shop capacity
- Ensuring operational alignment with production plan and KPIs & Optimize inventory and process improvements.
- Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate traceability for all records created during products manufacturing.
- Complying with company policy and process including but not limit in compliance, quality, production, EHS, HR & Admin, Lean etc.
- Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or demonstrated equivalent experience.
- Be able to work independently and be able to identify and drive process improvements
- Demonstrate the ability to work in cross-functional teams in a global-matrix environment
- Show effective problem identification and solution skills.
- Be fluent in Italian, both oral and written
- Show good knowledge of MS Office and Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills and fluency with the English language
- Strong interpersonal, leadership & influencing skills
- Display leading attitude for improvement and innovation initiatives
- Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Six Sigma training or equivalent Quality Training Knowledge of value stream mapping, one-piece flow, AWO, Kaizen, 5s and other lean tools is preferred.
