Innovation, human capital, organization, financial strength and a flawless reputation of excellence, integrity and sustainability are the basis of our competitive advantage. /p h3Position /h3 pHelp shape the next generation of energy storage technologies! /p pWe’re looking for a technically driven and detail-oriented bCertification Compliance Engineer /b to join our Design Engineering team, reporting to the Head of Certification Compliance Engineering. /p pIn this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that NHOA’s Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) meet international standards and certification requirements, working closely with RD, Engineering, certification bodies, and test laboratories throughout the entire product lifecycle. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liAnalyze, interpret, and ensure compliance with IEC, UL, and other international standards /li liPrepare technical documentation, including guidelines, analytical reports, test procedures, and application notes /li liDesign, set up, validate, and coordinate test benches for compliance and certification activities /li liSelect and manage laboratory instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable testing /li liPrepare and maintain technical dossiers for products and systems /li liConduct risk assessments and Reliability, Availability Maintainability (RAM) analyses /li liCoordinate certification activities with external laboratories and certification bodies /li liSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) /li liCollaborate with TechSales teams to develop technical documentation for bids and tenders /li liSupport projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design to final certification /li liWork closely with RD teams to develop new products and ensure compliance from concept through certification /li liAnalyze fire detection, suppression, and alarm systems to verify compliance and performance /li liPromote and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Industrial Information Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering /li liStrong background in electrical engineering, electronics, and energy systems /li liAt least 2 years of experience in certification processes and international standards compliance /li liAbility to engage in technical discussions with certification bodies and testing laboratories /li liUnderstanding of EMC requirements, electrical safety standards, and grid codes /li liHands‑on experience with measurement and testing instrumentation /li liFluent English; additional languages are a plus /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical assessment skills /li liFast learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset /li liCollaborative approach and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liPrevious experience with product certification, compliance engineering, or testing activities /li liKnowledge of battery energy storage systems (BESS), power electronics, or renewable energy technologies /li liExposure to international certification frameworks and testing methodologies /li /ul h3Other information /h3 h3Location /h3 pHybrid remote and Milan Offices. /p h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent full‑time contract /li liCompetitive compensation starting from € 32.000,00 aligned with seniority and experience, along with an attractive total rewards package including welfare programs, and additional company benefits. /li liA flexible and innovative approach to remote working that adapts to your needs /li liAmbitious and people‑centered work environment — we invest in your growth and well‑being /li liProfessional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural team (36+ nationalities) /li /ul pThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
