This individual will be managing and monitoring the performance of HJ as well as assisting in creating tools to develop a Community of Experts, able to support in high jewelry sales. /p pThe ideal candidate must be able to think strategically while also being hands‑on in overseeing the day‑to‑day execution of the agreed upon strategy with a focus on clients, people, and brand desirability. Model and champion our core belief; People Make the Difference and our values; Be Creative Innovative, Deliver Excellence and Cultivate an Entrepreneurial Spirit. /p h3High Jewelry Sales Business Development /h3 ul liWork with store leaders to develop and execute effective outreach for HNW clients. /li liPartner with store teams to better understand local asks to proactively propose methods, tools and assets better answer their needs. /li liPartners with merchandising and Cluster/Zone High Jewelry teams to meet and exceed client needs and expectations as it relates to HJ assortment. /li liAct as a key ambassador and relationship builder for top‑tier HJ clients through active participation in both in‑store appointments and at international HJ events. /li /ul h3Developing a community of High Jewelry Experts /h3 ul liInitiate the creation of a community of High Jewelry Experts with strong knowledge on stones and jewelry making, yet with strong ability to story tell around the collection. /li liCreate a training plan with strong timeline and expectations. /li liIn partnership with cluster/zone partners, identify internal and external profiles that could be selected to be part of this community. /li liConstantly look for new and creative opportunity to engage this community by giving them the exposure and support to allow for continuous learning in order to keep them engaged and up to date with latest industry insights. /li liOwn leadership of the Private Client Community through animation, development, and engagement and serve as a key resource and point of contact for these individuals.
