Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli.**About the Role:**The F&B Supervisor plays a key role in delivering an exceptional dining experience across all outlets. This position supports the Food & Beverage leadership team by supervising daily operations, guiding the service staff, and ensuring that Four Seasons standards of hospitality, quality, and guest engagement are consistently upheld.**What You Will Do:*** Supervise daily operations across the Terrazza Danieli, the bar, and other F&B outlets.* Lead, motivate, and support service teams during shifts, ensuring the delivery of consistent Four Seasons standards.* Ensure a warm, attentive, and personalized guest experience.* Collaborate with Culinary and Bar teams to maintain smooth communication and operational flow.* Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and manage service recovery with professionalism.* Oversee mise en place and overall service quality before, during, and after service.* Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.* Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.* Participate in staff coaching and contribute to developing team performance and service excellence.* Foster a positive, collaborative, and service-driven work environment.**What You Bring:*** 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage operational role, ideally within luxury hospitality or fine dining.* Fluency in English and Italian.* Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to supervising teams.* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and polished professional presence.* Knowledge of HACCP standards and luxury service practices.* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and inspire your team* A refined sense of taste, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences**What We Offer:*** Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.* Excellent Training and Development opportunities.* Employee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide.* Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.* Complimentary Employee Meals.**Schedule & Location:*** Full-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice.* Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.* You must possess the legal right to work in ItalyDedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality, Four Seasons can offer what many hospitality professionals dream of -the opportunity to build a life-long career with global potential and a real sense of pride in work well done. #J-18808-Ljbffr
