Experteer Overview

In this role you design and implement IAM/IDM systems to strengthen clients’ security posture. You will contribute to both access management and identity governance architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll tackle design-to-implementation tasks for SSO, MFA, federation, and lifecycle provisioning, shaping secure digital identities. This position offers a hybrid, Milan-based setup with a focus on practical, risk-aware IAM delivery.Retribuzione / Benefits

• Design and implementation of Web Access Management solutions (SSO, MFA, biometric, federation)
• Implement Identity Governance processes (provisioning, reconciliation, password management, role modeling)
• Conduct digital identity lifecycle management and periodic access certification campaigns
• Manage LDAP-based directories and integrations (e.g., AD, Oracle UD, OpenLDAP) in IAM ecosystems
• Coordinate with clients to align IAM solutions with security requirements and risk posture

Responsabilità

• Specialized degree in technical/scientific subjects or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of experience in development and management of IAM solutions
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Team-oriented with collaboration mindset
• English proficiency in written and spoken
