This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly strategic role working across cross-border investments, acquisitions, and development initiatives. /p h3About the Role: /h3 pSitting within the Investment team and reporting directly to the bChief Investment Officer /b, the role is at the heart of the business — supporting investment decisions, expansion strategy, and corporate development initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business on high-impact projects. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liBuild and maintain complex bfinancial models /b for acquisitions and follow-on investments /li liLead bunderwriting /b and returns analysis across data centre campuses /li liAssist with MA, strategic forecasting, and business planning /li liPrepare materials for binternal and external stakeholders /b, including the board /li liSupport corporate development and financing transactions as required /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul li2–4 years’ experience in bMA, or Private Equity. /b Prior exposure to Digital Infrastructure/Data Centres is highly desirable. /li liStrong financial modelling and analytical capabilities /li liBackground in bdata centres, real estate, or private equity /b preferred /li libConversational Italian /b is essential; additional European languages a plus /li liBachelor’s degree in bFinance, Engineering, Management, or related fields /b /li liHigh attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills /li liEligibility to Work in the EU. /li /ul pLocation: Greater Milan Metropolitan Area /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
