Selected candidates will join a dynamic and forward-thinking environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial excellence and support strategic business goals. /p pLearn more at iongroup.com. /p h3Your Role /h3 pYour key duties and responsibilities /p h3Accounts Receivable Management /h3 ul liManage and monitor the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle /li liSupport invoicing activities and ensure timely and accurate billing /li liTrack incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liIdentify opportunities to optimize financial processes and increase efficiency /li liContribute to the implementation and improvement of financial systems and tools /li /ul h3Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with internal teams including Sales, Treasury, and Legal to ensure smooth financial operations /li liSupport the resolution of billing or payment issues with internal and external stakeholders /li /ul h3Compliance Audit Support /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations /li liAssist in audit preparation and financial reporting activities /li /ul h3Systems Innovation /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and use of ERP and accounting systems to improve accuracy and automation /li /ul h3Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications Required. /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (with honors) /li li3-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably focused on the Accounts Receivable cycle /li liFluent in Italian and English /li liStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office /li liExperience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment /li liProactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent employment contract /li liItalian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico) /li liGross Annual Salary (RAL) ranging from €40,000 to €50,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications /li liJob grade to be determined upon completion of the selection process, with final assessment between B2 and B3 level /li liOpportunity to join a leading international technology group operating in the financial services industry /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMilan /p h3Important notes /h3 pAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99), candidates from the disability list will be given priority. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
