Quality Tools Lead

Intertek, Multinazionale Leader nel settore ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification), è alla ricerca di un Quality Tools Lead presso la bioraffineria di Venezia.
Responsabilità
- Supportare il Project Quality Manager e il Quality Control Manager nella definizione delle informazioni necessarie per la corretta configurazione degli strumenti di qualità.
- Garantire che i database QA relativi ad audit, formazione e gestione delle Non Conformità (NCR) siano correttamente implementati e mantenuti.
- Coordinarsi con il dipartimento di amministrazione degli strumenti IT di costruzione per l’implementazione dei database QC dedicati al Mechanical Completion e alla tracciabilità delle saldature .
- Fornire formazione a operatori e coordinatori sull’utilizzo degli strumenti QA/QC.
- Monitorare il costante aggiornamento dei dati QA/QC e predisporre report destinati al progetto e ai team di dipartimento.
- Identificare eventuali discrepanze o criticità nei dati caricati e supportare il Project Quality Manager e il Quality Control Manager nella definizione delle azioni correttive.
- Definire linee guida volte a standardizzare l’approccio alla gestione dei dati qualità tra i diversi siti e collaborare con gli altri Quality Tools Specialist .
- Raccogliere esperienze e feedback per favorire il miglioramento continuo degli strumenti di qualità.
- Coordinarsi con i Quality Records Controller per garantire che la documentazione QA/QC in formato elettronico sia completa, correttamente organizzata e pronta per la consegna al cliente.
Titolo di studio: Diploma di scuola superiore.
Esperienza: 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo nel settore Oil & Gas.
Lingue: Italiano e inglese.
