As ever it is our clients, along with our professionals and the soundness of our finances, which represent the core values of Mediobanca. /ppWe are searching for a Senior Associate/Junior VP for the Corporate Finance division for the Mid Corporate Sponsor Solutions . /ppAs an Associate you will be working in the Mid Corporate Sponsor Solutions team based in Milan and supporting both origination and execution projects. /ph3Duties include: /h3ulliFinancial statement analysis, valuations, financial modeling /liliPreparation of client presentations, deal memoranda etc, both in the context of the origination and execution of transactions /liliPreparation of company and industry analyses and company and industry profiles /liliTarget analysis and / or buyer’s acquisition capacity analysis /liliKeep up to date about MA, equity and debt related issues /li /ulpThe position requires a self-confident person who is a self-starter; highly motivated and reliable, with strong team spirit: /pulliAt least 5 years of Investment Banking experience /liliDeal experience primarily in MA /liliStrong financial modelling skills /liliAbility to prioritize and project manage a range of tasks, attention to detail /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliAbility to work well under pressure and tight deadlines /liliAptitude to take responsibility for a task and complete it /liliBachelor or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration from a top-tier Business or Engineer School /li /ulpIn line with applicable pay transparency legislation, this role is offered on a full time contract, with a minimum gross annual salary of €110,000 and a contractual classification as "Quadro Direttivo di 2° livello (QD2)" under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Credit Sector (CCNL Credito).
