Experteer OverviewIn this role you will lead the delivery program for the GOSP Delivery Center, guiding planning, governance and cross-functional coordination to deliver a core insurance solution at group level. You will work with IT, business, operations and suppliers to manage interdependencies, risk and reporting, driving transformation initiatives. The position offers strategic impact in accelerating Generali's cloud-based digitization and shared platform initiatives. You will engage with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes that align with the Group’s objectives.Retribuzione / BenefitsMonitor project timing, costs, quality and risksCoordinate activities across IT, business, operations and supplier teamsOrganize and manage project meetings across business functionsDraft and manage level reporting up to top managementAllocate project resourcesProactively monitor status, analyze deviations and define corrective actionsManage inter-project relationships and assess impacts; support contingency solutionsResponsabilitàKnowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile)Mastering MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent in EnglishSecond language is a plus (ES, DE)Experience in international transformation programsPreferable expertise in the insurance domain #J-18808-Ljbffr
