Operations Transformation & Analytics Intern

Stiamo cercando un/a tirocinante da inserire nel team Operations, con l'obiettivo di affiancare il team nell'esecuzione di progetti di cambiamento e nella generazione di insight data-driven a supporto delle decisioni strategiche. Il ruolo è pensato per chi non si accontenta di analizzare: vuole imparare a far accadere le cose, lavorando fianco a fianco con professionisti senior.
Il/la tirocinante lavorerà a stretto contatto con team interfunzionali, supportando iniziative di trasformazione operativa dalla definizione dello scope alla delivery, imparando a usare i dati come leva per identificare opportunità, misurare il progresso e comunicare i risultati.
- Supportare l'esecuzione di progetti di Operations: contribuire alla definizione di milestone, al monitoraggio delle dipendenze e al tracking degli avanzamenti.
- Aiutare a tradurre analisi di processo in azioni concrete e priorità di intervento, non solo in report.
- Supportare l'analisi delle performance operative (tempi, volumi, KPI di qualità) per identificare gap e misurare l'impatto delle soluzioni implementate.
- Supportare la gestione del piano operativo dei progetti assegnati, aggiornando stati di avanzamento e segnalando criticità.
- Aiutare a costruire e manutenere report e dashboard per diversi livelli di stakeholder.
- Lavorare con database, imparare a scrivere query SQL, sviluppare modelli in Excel e PowerBI.
Chi cerchiamo
- Laurea o percorso di studi in corso (ultimo anno) in discipline STEM (Ingegneria, Matematica, Statistica, Informatica) — aperto sia a laureandi che a neolaureati.
- Nessuna esperienza professionale pregressa richiesta; esperienze pregresse (progetti universitari, tesi, stage) in ambito analitico rappresentano un plus.
- Disponibilità a trasferte occasionali.
- Stage della durata di 12 mesi (6 + 6)
- Rimborso spese di 1.000 €
- buoni pasto da 8 € per ogni giornata lavorativa
